I spent over a decade finding my way back to my own heart. I did this through healing spiritual and psychological wounds, through remembrance, through study, and through art.
I’m Mariam-Saba Ahmad, a spiritual teacher and Master Healer with eight years of formal training in spiritual healing. I came from a background in biochemistry and medicine that shaped how I see the natural world as a mirror for the soul.
I’m also a writer, visual artist, singer-songwriter, and dancer. Everything I create comes from the same place these Heart Touchstones do: a deep love for the gentle, sacred thread that runs through all living things.
